Our Whistleblowing Policy provides a clear and confidential process for employees, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to report any concerns about potential misconduct or unethical behavior.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Whistleblowing Policy is to:

  • Encourage the reporting of suspected wrongdoing, misconduct, or unethical behavior.

  • Provide a clear and accessible process for making disclosures.

  • Protect whistleblowers from retaliation or disadvantage.

  • Ensure timely, fair, and objective investigation and resolution of reports.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Employees and contractors

  • Suppliers and vendors

  • Business partners

  • Clients and members of the public

3. What to Report

You are encouraged to report any reasonable suspicion of misconduct or wrongdoing, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud, bribery, corruption, or theft

  • Financial misconduct or accounting irregularities

  • Conflicts of interest

  • Breach of legal or regulatory obligations

  • Human rights violations or discrimination

  • Unsafe work practices or environmental hazards

  • Harassment, bullying, or abuse of authority

Reports should be made in good faith, based on reasonable belief, and not be malicious or knowingly false.

4. Whistleblowing Reporting Channel

All reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. You are not required to disclose your identity, though anonymous reports may limit the scope of investigation.

5. Protection of Whistleblowers

PCR Group strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Any act of intimidation, reprisal, or adverse action against a whistleblower will be treated as a serious violation of this policy and may result in disciplinary or legal consequences.

6. Investigation Process

All reported concerns will be:

  • Acknowledged (where contact details are provided)

  • Assessed and assigned for investigation

  • Investigated promptly, thoroughly, and impartially

  • Concluded with appropriate corrective action, if necessary

The outcome may be shared with the whistleblower, subject to legal and confidentiality considerations.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting the identity of whistleblowers. All information will be kept confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law, and access will be restricted to those responsible for investigation and resolution.

8. Malicious or False Reporting

PCR Group takes false or malicious reporting seriously. Disciplinary action may be taken against individuals who knowingly submit untrue allegations.

9. Review and Amendments

This policy will be reviewed regularly and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legal requirements or corporate governance standards.
